Hello from the Mews product team,
We are very happy to announce that we have added reservation details in the task section of the Mews mobile app!
You will now be able to view reservation details, as well as the room number of a reservation if there are tasks attached.
Selecting the room number will take you directly to the space where the reservation is currently assigned.

Hello from the Mews product team,
Thank you for your suggestion. It is currently only possible to view extra beds by selecting individual rooms each day in the Availability and Occupancy report.
We have updated your request and set it as one to be upvoted by the Mews Community, for consideration to show extra beds per day in the Availability and Occupancy report.

Hi,
We are not quite satisfied with this solution yet. We need the room number to be visual in the task overview. Ex: We write the taskname: "1 extra bed" And then room #331 will be attached next to the text in the overview. Now everyone need to press each task to see if this task is related to their room. We want tasks to be effectiv, but now we are slowing our cleaners. We can't write it in the subject of the task in case the room get moved for some reason, and that is a risk. We also need to have a report to print for tasks that includes room numbers, for super busy days and we have to send other personel out to deliver extra beds etc.
