Hello all,
This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. We are reducing the number of statuses to two (Idea to Upvote + Released) to help manage expectations about where each idea stands and to minimize the number of status updates required from our product teams. Automatic e-mails are currently sent to all guests with an e-mail adsress. However, even OTA-guests-addresses (generated by the OTA for the communication via an extranet) are count. This leads to situations when our coded template is being sent to e.g. a booking.com-customer and basically unreadable in the extranet messaging tool. we would suggest either switch on/off-function by source or different templates by source (e.g. simplified versions/text only) for OTA guests
