    Hello all, I`m a big fan of this idea and I believe it is similar to the one in the link here below, except the one in the link has more upvotes. Would be great if we could boost it so that the guys at Mews check it out...

    A history of each email sent by Mews to the guest should be found in the reservation module, under the "Mailing" tab. If not the whole email with text, at least the email type (confirmation, before start, etc.).
    In addition to this or at least until this feature is available, it would be useful that a user-level permission to visualize email queues is added (now only for admin available).
    This is really important, as otherwise we are totally disoriented on what we ourselves communicated to our guest.
    Releasing this feature would be a huge plus.

    True, guests often have requests which need to be addressed individually. Right now, if we were to receive a reservation with such an individual request, we could not use the template mail as it does not allow for customization apart from the overall template. Adding an optional text field would be useful.

    Hello from the Mews product team. We are so pleased to let you know that we have now enabled the use of device native keyboards for Kiosk tablets. This means different keyboard formats and special characters are supported as part of your system keyboard capability. Thank you again for sharing your idea!

    Yes, and even within the Latin alphabet we´re experiencing difficulties with special characters such as ü,ä,ö, which can be quite common in last names. I´ve been informed that replacing the letter with dieresis with one without dieresis works (ü - u), however we need to instruct guests to do so, therefore adding unnecessary complication to the self check-in process.
    Even if such characters are not introduced right away in the Operator keyboard, it would also be okay to use a very common rule in German-speaking countries, namely that such characters with dieresis can be written without dieresis and followed by an "e". Müller --> Mueller.
