Make "Guarantee information" available at reservations from channel manager
We need to see "Guarantee information" sent by the OTAs (especially booking.com) via the channel manager. This data is included in the xml file sent by the channel manager to Mews.
Without seeing this information receptionist must open the reservation not only in Mews but also in booking.com to make sure whether the guest must pay at the reception or he/she already paid at the OTA and there is a virtual credit card available for the reservation.
Someone might think that "Payment card" information is enough to know if the guest has to pay at the reception, since you can see there the type of the credit card (virtual vs. physical), but actually it is not enough, because there are some cases when a virtual card was provided by the OTA only temporarly (for example "Smart Flex" reservations on booking.com), and there are also cases when the guest adds their physical credit card number to the reservation even though it is already guaranteed by a virtual credit card.
Long story short: the only way to know for sure whether the guest has to pay at the reception or not is to see the "Guarantee information" which is included in the xml data Mews receives from the channel via the channel manager but not available to see in the commander.
