  1. We want to be able to sell a product for example a tour/certain event/vouchers separately from a room reservation. We also want to be able to specifically choose certain dates when these products (tours) are available.

  3. Price shown on Booking engine is always in Euro first.
    This is not convenient for guests who book outside euro countries.
    If guests select their language then rates change in their selected currency automatically.
    It is so much easier for them to understand the price.

  4. Booker for Distributor: The email address should not be a mandatory field as the assistants do not know each single email address of all employees they are doing reservations for. At the moment they are using the same email address for different guests. So the guest profiles are overwritten anytime. If we are creating reservations manually, the email address is also not a mandatory field. It should be enough to have the email address of the booker. That is the only way to use the distributor valueable for corporate guests.

    Hi Mewsers,
    for all booking done by booker, you can now configure whether the guest e-mail is mandatory or optional.
    We recommend to keep guest’s e-mail required but if you need to set guests e-mail optional, here is how to do it:

    1. Go to Settings > Stay > Distributor configurations and select the configuration from the list.

    2. In the configuration scroll down to field:
    “Guest email (when booker is not a guest) *” and select “Optional” option.

    With this set up only booker’s e-mail will be required on the “Details” page.

  5. Free Night Offers to be shown with the applicable night on a zero value i.e. stay three nights and get the last night on us. First two nights at the applicable BAR value and the last night on a zero value.

  7. I suggest to use as model the way Booking.com extranet manages restrictions, directly from the calendar.
    This will still allow the creation of restrictions for a period, but it will also make it simple and quick to modify a restriction for single dates or spaces or fare; for example setting up a different min stay for 2 consecutive Saturdays.
    It will also avoid having to check if in a certain period, or date, there are too many restrictions overlapping that could create confusion.

  8. The hotel should be notified by email when a guest makes a modification or cancelation of his booking on Mews Distributor (same logic as when a guest makes a booking).

  9. Create a booking widget with minimal info to take you already to step two in booking process

    The widget would look like this and should be possible to place anywhere on a website:

    This widget should be minimal but somewhat customisable initially, later developed further.

    The date picker would take the user the second step in the booking process, having already completed the first.

    Coupon should also be there.

  10. Extra voucher code options

    I would like to have multiple voucher code options.

    some suggestions:
    -Single use only
    -Single user per user only
    -max amount of use per code
    -Make suggestions in the Distributor when the code is not available

  11. Give owners the ability to send offers directly through distributor
    ex. search dates, type and from that moment have the ability to send the price (or even modify) directly to the potential guest / company
