  1. Some OTAs allow the customer to change Onsite payment to Online Prepaid reservation up until the check in.
    Currently the routing rules do not trigger when the payment option updates.

    We would appreciate if the routing rules trigger when the payment updates into "Online Prepaid" so that we do not accidentally charge the guest twice.

  2. Group summary has poor data. More detailed summary would be perfect for group reservation.

    Extra information:
    -Reservation ID
    -Name per reservation ID
    -Arrival - Departure per reservation ID
    -Conpanion per reservation ID
    -products per reservation ID such as bike rental, extra bed

  3. Lors de la création d'un bloc de réservation (bloc de disponibilité), il faudrait que l'on puisse envoyer des email automatiques au Booker : Devis + rappel d'échéance. De la même manière que les réservations individuelles.

  4. It would be good to have an history of name changes in guest profiles. It would also be very useful if we could find profiles even when searching for the old name in the search bar. That way we could find a reservation using an original email from the client, evenif the name in the reservation changed.

  5. This is a great feature, however it seems to be Euro-centric, in that the house numbers are being put at the END of the guest's address.

    Is there anyway to fix this so that Australian addresses always have the house number BEFORE the street address?

  6. Require a valid CC on file in order to allow a reservation to become guaranteed. Reservations taken by phone / email / in-person don't currently require a credit card on file. A front desk agent can select "Cash" or some other form of payment for a reservation.

  7. Wanneer je de namenlijst downlaod met de nieuwe groepsfunctie (multiple reservations). Pakt die alle reserveringen in die profiel, dit is niet handig want voor groepen heb je wel is verschillende namen per reservering ( denk aan tourboekingen). Daarnaast als je de namenlijst downlaod staat alle datums door elkaar, dit is niet in te vullen op een normale manier. Alvast bedankt!

  8. When you scan a ID-Card or a passport, the system has a problem reading the date the card expires - especially if it expires somewhere around the years 2010 - 2030. The system alway reads 1910 - 1920?!

  10. at the "arriving customer profile" and "in house customer profile" reports the possibility set filters is missing on the browser view.

    So ther is no possibility just to show customers with missing information, or just with missing the date of birth, or just the adress, just the E-Mail address or so on.

  11. we sometimes have guest who extend an existing booking. where their company was paying for the invoice and thus on a company rate, the extension would be for the guest and on a different rate.
    currently we need to make a new booking, which is confusing for several departments like housekeeping but also effects our statistics for length of stay.
    any chance we could manage this by adding a different rate for a specific time period.
    please note, it is not feasible to change the rate on the day as this might get missed and thus creating errors

  12. It would be useful to add information in the Action Log on which guest was added to a reservation (either the name or a link, or by implementing a customer's profile identification number). Indeed, some customers sometimes have overnight guest(s) for only few nights during their stay, but after the occupancy is brought back to 1 Adult, it is not possible to trace back who was the second guest. In this sense, it could be useful to see in the Action Log which guest was added instead of only seeing the change in Occupancy.
