Flexibility to add additional fields to Booking Engine
Properties are looking for more personalized experience. It's important to collect information such as allergies, personal preferences, arrival time, etc.
It would be great if there was a flexibility to add additional fields in the booking engine (arrival, allergies, preferences, occasion for the stay) and give properties flexibility to collect this important data from their guests at the time of booking.

Advanced control of email routing by channel
Currently, there are only a few options for how emails are automatically sent. It would be ideal if you could control which booking channels will automatically have emails delivered. For example, AirBnB has a very strict off-platform communication policy. If we could send emails automatically to everyone except AirBnB, or even tailor our emails granularity for each channel, that would be immensely beneficial.

Calendar view; show the available bookable dates per apartment type to guests.
Currently a guest can only search for dates; checkin and checkout. Some guest have a strong preference for a particular apartment type and they want to know on which dates this apartment type is available. Currently this is not possible. Guest can only try a million times by entering dates and hope it is bookable. The solution can be calendar view or at least provide info on which dates there is the first availability. Apartment 'Superior' is available on July 25'th for 4 nights. With a calendar view (see AirBnb example) it is easy to see the free available spots.…

The Mews T&C's need to be accepted by the guest when making a booking via the Mews Distributor. These T&C's are in English, but some guest find that hard to read. It would be great to have this available in local languages.

Solution to display "Accessible" room to respect ADA in US
A solution to display room respecting "ADA" (American with Disabilitites Act") nicely on Booking Engine. Currently, you need to create a new room space for each ADA room. It complicates greatly the usability as user see many room type on Booking Engine. You can see a solution on freehandhotels.com booking engine with a tick box "Accessible"

Cancellation policies in reservation confirmation
Would be great if cancellation policies can be added in reservation details mentioned in booking confirmation received by customer.

Promotional / discounted rates sorting
Promotional / discounted rates are not displayed in correct order. If a Promotional / discounted rate is based on "BAR - % discount" then it should display in the same order but it's displaying second best discounted vs Promotional / discounted rate.

Night Count on Booking engine
When choosing arrival and departure dates show how nights in total on the date section or category section. Many guests are counting days instead nights especially long stays.

Using promotion code, without seeing the rate
If a company would like to accommodate their guests and pay for their accommodation via invoice, then it would be great to have an option for the guests to individually book via the booking engine with a promo code, but without seeing the room rate.

Packages available in Distributor
As a hotelier, I want to sell packages with special offers to my guests through Distributor.
Example: Enjoy the Valentine day in our hotel! Weekend stay, romantic dinner for two and a bottle of Champagne for 599 EUR.
I want these to be sold as packages rather than set up as special rates.
I want them to look like special offer.
I want them not to be limited to a specific date.

Product categories in Booking engine
This solution would allow the hotels to create "categories" of products and offer multiple versions of the same product.
Example: the product (category) will be "Ski pass" for example, and the you can choose from a list of different passes (1-day, 2-day, child, adult...)
Another example: a product of Excursions and a list to choose the different excursions options they have.

Hyperlinks in room description on Booking engine
Possibility of adding links into room description so are hyperlinked and in that way guest has the possibility to see whole photo gallery, 3d presentation or the address of the apartment on googlemaps for example .

Issues with the book for other people
This one is related to the book for someone else feature recently implemented on to Mews which is great but unfortunately when a booking is made like this, it adds the person who it booked instead of who it was booked for, see timecode 1.45 in this case the booking is for Denis Avis but when you go in to the dashboard tab there is nothing added to that booking, so in order to rectify it, we need to manually add it. Option to change background image in Distributor (Multi Property )
We have 2 beach resorts on the same beach and we combine them into one distributor booking engine.
The background image on the first page (select date) is of some random city. It looks ridiculous and is definitely killing conversion.
I have been told we cannot change this.
Surely a plain white background would be preferable to this generic cityscape which will suit probably one in 20 propertys or less.
Really annoyed about this as when we started using this combined booking engine for 2 property's this picture was not there its just been added.

Different rates acording to the device used to enter the booking engine
OTAs are now pushing special rates for phone apps. We should be able to do the same to maintain parity with the main OTAs.
