  1. When setting up space categories, we have the field "Order email template".

    Unfortunately the text filled into this field is not sent in the default confirmation email.
    You have to set up a custom confirmation email.

    My request is: Please include the "Order email template" text in the default confirmation email.

  2. Guests can chat with us via the button in the booking confirmation, why is there no app or interface for guests to install on our tablets or guest phone so they can continue to chat with us during their stay?

  3. Add cash option or temporary skip option to check-in with the kiosk.
    We are trying to work Paperless, and the kiosk gives us this option. However, when someone pays cash we have to stop the entire check in process because we cannot proceed without card payment for the check-in.

  4. We are a charity who provide accommodation for people at a greatly subsidised cost. We would like the online check out to prompt/ask guests if they would like to make a donation during the online check out process and to ask if they are Gift Aid eligible as part of that. It is similar to retailers who ask you to donate when paying online to their chosen charities and would make a huge difference to us.

  6. The standard mail templates provided by mews are great! However, one might want to make small adjustments.

    Currently, if you customize an email template the english 'Mews standard version' is shown. But for translations the fields are empty.
    Our only option is to have each mail template send to a test booking in every language and then deconstruct the html and translated texts in order to load them back in the system and change one or two words.

    Seems silly.

  7. Can we please have the nationality question removed when a guest is making an online reservation? We've had multiple guest complaints regarding this. We appreciate your help!

  8. For example: We work with a mobile app (Zaplox) with deeplink to the mobile app, but we cannot make us of the deeplink at this moment, because placeholder {ConfirmationNumber} is missing. Therefor guests have to do all manually.

  9. At one property we do not send newsletters so asking guest to choose to receive our newsletter when we know we wont send them any feels wrong. Should be able to remove this tick option.
