  1. We are working with Assa Abloy integrations and have self kiosk in some hotels. We experience on occasion a situation where we want to track how the key was created for the guest, but find that there is no method of actually tracing back (other then timestamp, and then use cctv) who has made the keycard and where.

Basically, the request is, add 'who' made the key cards in the action log.

  2. It would be great if we can delete multiple employees/users at the same time (in bulk) in stead of doing it 1 by 1

  4. When managing different hotels, it is hard to see on which hotel you are logged in. Everything is Black/White. The only thing to differentiate is the small logo on the right corner. (As our logos are also B/W, you have to look carefully). If we could set the whole background in a specific colour, we could differentiate more easily and avoid mistakes... The aim is above all to identify more clearly on which hotel you are logged in. The colour is just an idea.

  5. Since Mews is a cloud solution and therefore accessible from anywhere, it is important that users are careful to log out once they are no longer using the platform. To help increase security measures, a feature could be implemented to automatically log out Mewsers who have been inactive for a certain period of time. After this predetermined interval, users would then have to reenter their user details to access Mews again.
