Product availability
If the property offers e.g. 10 baby beds the product should only be bookable if one of the 10 beds are available.
Second option would be that e.g. only 2 of the 10 double rooms have the space for an extra bed -> restricting on room count

We want the inventory feature to track our products and set limits on them like bike rental, we offer let's say 10 bikes. Guests should only be able to book the bikes until we are out.
Also, Inventory management for monthly inventory to track your purchase and sell/ inhouse products.
And the possibility to have an inventroy list of products with the purchasing value instead of only the sale value. This is better to book these prices for house use or complementary.

This is a real must to have an overview on your stay products, e.g. Babycots, etc.

This is essential for properties to help manage their products. For properties that do not have a POS system and are using Mews to post products from their marketplace or retail space this would be extremely helpful. Thanks.

Eine solche funktionalität würden auch wir uns wünschen.
Es wäre Hilfreich Artikel mit begrenzter Stückzahl pro Tag managen zu können. Nicht nur Parkplätze auch E-Bikes, Babybetten etc

Hello, do you have any update on this? How to manage item inventory?

This feature is essential to bring on properties located in congested city center areas without street parking. In Los Angeles alone there are over 50+ hotels with less than 60 rooms who would love to use PMS like Mews but simply cannot as parking management is essential without the need to for manual overlays. As other commenters below have mentioned tying inventory of limited items such as wine, baby cots, conference rooms etc should be able to be done directly through Navigator. Many current PMS providers have this option. For parking it is especially critical as it can lead to poor guest experience and the PMS should allow for rate type to me made with or without parking and then tied to a fix inventory of parking spaces. Once the parking spaces are no longer available that rate type would no longer be bookable. This would then flow through the channel manager onto OTA's allowing for seamless management of parking.

We also need to be able to manage and count our limited parking spots, baby cots, extra beds etc. (The product report just doesn't work for this.) Also we can't make these things bookable online for the guests if the system doesn't know if e.g. a parking spot is still available or not.

We would appreciate if we could have a control of the inventory of parking. We have limited places to book. There is not one to every room, impossible to manage the inventory just with the stay products.
My suggestion is to create a kind of time line, like the one of the rooms associated to every space of the parking.
It will also be of great help another tool to manage the availability of extra beds a cots.Thank you for your assistance.

Agreed; parking, extra beds, cots. Potentially we could even use some limited stock items such as wine

It would be nice to have an inventory for parking space, baby cot and extra beds.

Hi! Thanks for this idea. Can you please name some examples of stay products you want to track? And in which cases you would apply those restrictions?
As Yvonne is mentioning parking - we want to handle this (and e.g. extra beds) in a different way. It would be actually another type of service (now you have only 1 accommodation service) related to inventory (rooms, parking spots, extra beds). In Mews, you will be able to have a reservation with multiple types of services in 1 group. E.g. 1 room for 2 nights, 1 extra bed for 2 nights and 2 parking spots for 2 nights. It would not be one booking, but actually 3 bookings in 1 group.
Does this make sense?

Track inventory of stay products and introduce restrictions based on guest count
