  1. Now the ageing periods are based on age relative to expiry date. But in fact you ageing period should be relative to invoice date, especially if you would consider adding an ageing factor. In the best scenario this could be an extra filter for that page: Ageing based on expiry date or on invoice date.

  2. Financial analytics - open invoices. I see that you have the ageing periods in there. The only thing that is really still missing here is 1 amount: the ageing factor. Is there any chance that you would develop this. For those who are not familiar with this terminology; the ageing factor= SUM(outstanding amount*nr of days outstanding per invoice) divided by total amount outstanding.
    This factor (1 number) gives an immediate glance of your accounts receivable status. Back in the days hotels were always aiming to be around the number of 34.

  3. Where the hotel or group has a fiscal period that is not a calendar year it would be nice to be able to set to the filter dates to default to the fiscal period.

  5. The costumer stat. report does not take all arriving or inhouse profiles, but all profiles regardless of status. This means that it includes a lot of profiles that are "unknown" "N.N", or "pax two" which is a lot of work to clean up. It would be better for the report to only count guests who were actually staying at the hotel.

  8. When you have a chain of hotels you always see the data of the entire chain first, which makes it unnessarary slow. Maybe default the hotel choosen? Or make it an option per employee/ Eg. the ceo of the chain will want to see them all, but the general manager of hotel x, will by default want to see his own hotel.

  9. Get a correct number of spaces when creating a parent room consisting of to existing rooms. MEWS now counts 2 connecting rooms, as 4!

  10. In Manager Analytics, it considers only definite bookings (Confirmed, Started, Processed). This idea is about also including Optional bookings and allow by a filter to include them into the calculations.

  12. The dashboards are very blue and it is not so easy to read the data as everything blends into one. The MEWS University training videos show blue and orange for example which work really well together but the MEWS user dashboards are consigned to blue only. Please allow blue/orange for users too in the first instance and then work towards allowing fully tailorable colourways by clients. Thanks.

  15. Report that will show how many nights have been booked on each day in future within selected period of time

    A pickup report could identify any times that require additional attention, including data about occupancy for each day in the selected interval.

  18. In the activity report, it seems like we only display the top 10 employees by amount of "activities" performed (descending). Have tried to export the report to Excel, but it does not seem to show a break-down per employee (i.e. no employee names were displayed) only total by hour & day of week.
