Selecting the reservation number with a double click
When double clicking on the reservation number, it also selects some text next to the reservation number.
In the daily use, you often have to copy the reservation number, so it's much easier and faster if you can do it with a double click.

end of day - manually or definately later
end of day should not be mandatory 12pm. Some guests arrive after 12pm - will be automatically noshow on that day. Further, it is not logic to book f&b products on another day, when the main day of the event is the prior one. This distorts heavily statistics

Multiple room booking, implement different names informed by booking.com
NR Bookings made via booking.com with different guestnames are not taken over in Mews. If you do yourself, and delete bookers name, payment information dissapears. How to implement other name in single room without changing payment info?

Room search based on requested/needed attributes
We should be able in Commander to filter room search upon making a new booking or re-assignment based on requested/needed attributes. Also we should offer to guests on Distributor to pick the attributes of their choice and inventory should be shown accordingly.

RESERVATION OVERVIEW
Give to each user the chance to change the reservation overview. Just give us more options, like in windows ( large icons, small icons, list and details).

Display a live time reservation update which shows the latest bookings
If you want to know, what or how many reservation were coming in today, you have to go through reports and filter by creation date etc., which is very complicated for just having a live update, especially in high demand days like fairs.
It would be more convenient if you could put an extra button on the dashboard under reservations like "update reservation". So that it is also possible to check this from outside or if you just want to have a quick check for the day.8 votes -

Add a cancelation Reason field for a product cancellation
When cancelling a product from Orders, the status changes to cancelled, however, no reason is provided.
It is confusing for a reception as they might not understand why some items were cancelled.7 votes -

Creating Invoices for external clients
As promised here is the video with the 2 issues that our reception team will be delighted with if they are improved :)
The first one: when creating invoices, see timecode 1:17, Pam needs to highlight and copy the booking reference number from that booking on the dashboard tab for that booking, she then needs to go to the billing tab and manually paste the number so then the invoice can be generated for the customer.
