  1. I would like to find guest profiles in Mews by entering the phone number in the search bar (Even if country code is missing or written in 00 instead of +).

  2. Digital signature for registration cards in the main Mews system.

    Kiosks or pre-arrival is great, but this feature is really needed in all devices. Our teams are equipped with ipads and MS Surface laptops. For them not having this feature and having to drag the guest to the kiosk does not gives the right impression. Especially for guests who failed to check in at kiosk for whatever reason.

  4. When you export customer profiles to excel, the field 'language' is not added. So I need to filter on postal code to know which language the customer speaks. Which is totally incorrect.
    Please add the field 'language' to the excelfile guest profiles.

    Hello Mewsers,

    We have reviewed the request to print multiple registration cards in one go for the day, this is currently possible from reservation overview report.

    You can perform this action by selecting a date you would like to print the registration cards for (it can be the current date or a date in the future), click the button “Registration cards” on the top right. This will open a new tab with all of the registration cards for the date you have selected, from here you will be able to print out the registration cards.

  7. When you're creating a new reservation inside a guest reservation/group (extension) you'll have to add, again, the guest profile. It would be way easier and faster if the guest profile was added automatically by default.

    We are happy to inform you that adding an additional reservation to a group from the group reservations screen will automatically populate the guest profile. All you will have to do from there is select room and rate!

  8. Our regular guests want the same room every reservation, right now we need to assign and block this space to them manually. My idea is to have select box to select the favorite room number of a guests in their 'profile' internals. By this MEWS can automatically block the favorite room of the guest when the reservation is made.

    Hello Mewsers!

    We are very happy to inform you that your request to automatically assign guests to their favourite room is ready and available for your use.

    Head over to a customers profile and, select the “internals” tab then click on “Preferred space features” to mark the preferences for your loyal guests.

    Tip: Make sure that you have space features setup to ensure that the guests are automatically assigned to the correct room.

  9. It would be useful to have a pin (like there is for paymaster accounts or returning guests) on a reservation that contains internals for a quicker review of guests' information.

  11. being able to set up parameters for the deletion of guest data. Some countries have restrictions for how long we are allowed to store this data. I.E 2 yrs after the last check in, or something similar.

    We are very happy to inform you that we have released functionality that will allow you to drag and drop files directly to profiles within the profiles tab.

  13. Once the guest is checked out, it would be great that the classification gets automatic returning icon. So at the next visit, we can clearly see that its not the customers first visit.

    Hello from the Mews product team.

    We are very happy to inform you that we currently support the ability to print registration cards in multiple languages, including French.

    Each registration card is printed based on the guests nationality as set up in Mews. For example if the guests Nationality is French, registration cards printed for that guests will be in French. The same process can be applied for gusts of multiple nationalities.
