  1. When cancelling a product from Orders, the status changes to cancelled, however, no reason is provided.
    It is confusing for a reception as they might not understand why some items were cancelled.

  2. Settlement task: Currently, the system does not make the difference between CC invalid and CC missing. So it creates a task in both cases. But we do not always need a CC. Especially for group bookings. So we have 40 tasks a day that must be canceled. It's heavy.

    Solution: let the property decide if they want/need a settlement task for either CC invalid + CC missing or for one of these solutions.

  8. Currently, it is not possible to import Optional bookings to Mews, which would create a lot of manual work adding those to your system. For this reason, it could helpful to add an additional column for State, which could help differentiate between Confirmed and Optional bookings. This new feature would not only add value to the import, but it could also creates a workaround to import allotments.

  10. Would it not be easier to be able to set up a new travel agents without having to create a new company first.
    also, the routing rules should be part of the company and travel agent set up and not another unrelated action.
    this is causing way too much work and should be able to be simplified
