An error occurred while saving the comment Jean-Philipp SPIESS commentedI would like to second the comment from Magnus! For Expedia Collect or VeryChic guests for example rates must not be displayed in any guest journey mails!
It should be possible to just remove rates from reservations details placeholder. For example provide a placeholder for the templates without rate details, just arrival, departure, and guest count. -

Hello Mewsers,
We are very happy to announce that you are now able to view reservation notes in the Mews mobile app.
In order to view notes, select a reservation in the Mews web application > and add a note from the properties tab. Once the note has been saved, you will be able to view the note in the space details section of the Mews mobile app.

Reservations notes are often cluttered with automatic comments from OTAs and those are shown to housekeeping, too. It cannot be expected from housekeeping staff to weed through a sea of notes to find the relevant information for each room. This must be a separate note cetegory where reservation or front office can enter only a short comment for housekeeping (like "baby cot" or "allergy friendly blankets") - this field should be displayed in the app for HK and/or the housekeeping report.

I think it's important to not confuse leisure travellers with an option to provide company billing details during Online-CI. It should be a visible, but not interrupting or complicating the straight forward CI process. An option to provide an alternative / company billing address should be available though, at the latest during Online CO.
