    Hi everyone,
    absolutely with you on this and hope it will be implemented too soon.
    Our work-around is a non-refundable and flexible duplicate rate with no restrictions that the front desk can use in those cases. Works quite easy. Maybe this can help in the meantime? Kind Regards, Anja

    PDFs are a must for operational departments as they are more readable.
    Also our owners enjoy PDFs for quick overviews on mobile devices. Doesn't seem difficult to implement ...

    100% true. How is it possible that a system that focuses that much on payment automatization doesn't ask for a CC in order to confirm a reservation.

    Not having this feature is the only reason we cannot change to MEWS Terminals!! Since adding tip suggestions on our terminals we saw an increase in staff tips by an estimated 80%. The feature is super well received by the guests too. It is unimaginable for us or the team to lose this functionality…please upvote! Believe me, it is a game changer!!
