Would be quicker & easire if when creating a new booking for a return guest, who has checked out then checked back in on the same day, but 2 different bookings.

Reservation Custom Fields or Tags
Having the ability to add custom fields to the operator system would be extremely helpful for specific use cases outside of the general hotelier playbook. Tags would also achieve the same result.
Example: ability to tag or flag reservations with "vehicle information" or "Missing ID" etc would allow for fine tuning reports. Currently, we have to add product rules with no value to flag reservations. It's a workaround, but would love to see the addition of tags and custom reservation fields.

Wij hebben foto's van de kamers geupload voor de commander. De beelden zijn in Mews goed en compleet, in de commander niet.
Graag hoor ik hoe we ervoor kunnen zorgen dat de foto's ook in de commander in zijn geheel zichtbaar zijn.

Reservation Report with CC cardholder name too
In order to have an immediate comparison on both of the names (reservation and CC cardholder) that would allow the perception of eventual discrepancies and/or fraud tentative that could cause Charge-backs.

Alphabetical sorting of names with prefixes
In Holland we have surnames with something in front of it. For example Anna van der Ploeg. Surname is Anna, Familyname is van der Ploeg. Alphabetically it has to with P of Ploeg, because van der is just a insertion in front of the name.

Guest language
Why do we have to fill in a the language of the guest when we later don't see it in the profile? Please also make the mailing automatically choose the guest's language when we manually send an e-mail (inquiry, confirmation...) through Mews.

Titles: Incorrect translation of Ms to Miss
At the moment, in the front end, it is possible to use titles Mr, Mrs and Ms. In the API, this then becomes Mister, Misses, Miss.
There is a difference between Ms and Miss and someone who is a Ms is not necessarily a Miss. There should be a way to indicate that a female guest does not want to share their marital status - by at least introducing two different titles for Miss and Ms in both Front End and API, but better still by updating the titels altogether to reflect modern age.5 votesHello from the Mews product team.
