  1. When we look in a guest profile we have the option to put a internal classification. I would like the possibility to order these on most used classifications instead of alphabetical order. This to prevent putting guest by accident on the 'blacklist'.

As new customers are added or new companions need to be entered on a reservation, legally required data is not clearly listed until opening the Customer Profile report, where you can see all missing details highlighted for completion. By adding Customer Profile Report adjustment, this could allow Mewsers to edit customer data directly in report fields, as well as add companion data by simply clicking on the empty fields.

  4. Address format in some countries, such as Austria and Germany, is often different from the widely known address format used in many other European countries. This can cause some confusion for guests and properties from Germany or Austria as it is not automatically corrected in the system. This formatting modification could improve the functionality of data for many users as it would eliminate confusion and keep all information accurate to the applicable cultural settings.

  5. The Mews reservation report has a lot of valuable information, including but not limited to company details that may be associated with bookings. However, as some companies are nested under a parent company, this may not provide all necessary details. An additional column to indicate these parent companies could help clarify all company data associated with your reservations.

  6. This is to have the team adjust the Mews scanner to default to Ms instead of Mrs when scanning passports of female guests (as most guests are Ms, to save time doing data entry)

  7. option to choose the language in a guest profile. Now many times the guest does not fill in the language and automatically becomes everything in english. We (as receptionist) want the possibility to do it manually

  10. In case of Spain, we must introduce the data of the customer to send it every day to the police. We have an issue, the check in process is too long and many times hapend that not all customer's data is correctly introduced to the profile... Then the police report is not complete and the report can not be sent.
    Would be nice to can not save the data or finish the check in if the data is not completed.
    A good option would be to mark in red or with a * the necessary data this way when you…

  11. it would be great to differentiate between the origings of the customers/connector type conncerning the automatic system email. Because for some integrations, we do not want this email to be sent: ivvy, vouchercard, fidelo etc.

  12. Please use ISO country codes. There are countries with code GB, and reports, bills, customer profile following comes out: United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
    It occupies 3 lines on an invoice; each report pulled in excel has a wide gap to type the whole country name.
    Please change system as I think most people working in hotels, hostels, campings, and so on, are very well aware of country codes such as: CH, IT, DE, GB, US, CI, ....

  14. Since we are responsible of a lot of people somehow, would be nice to have the option to add an Emergency Contact in the registration card that they have to sign when they check in house. In case of incident, we can contact a family member.
