  1. WHY TO WE NEED TO MANUALLY ADD THE GUEST IN THEIR RESERVATION?

    IF THE GUEST MAKES AN ONLINE OR AN WALK IN RESERVATION FOR MORE THAN 1 ROOM WE NEED TO GROUP IT MANUALLY INTO EXISTING CUSTOMER??

    IF THE GUEST HAS MADE TWO RESERVATION FOR THE SAME DAY THE SYSTEM SHOULD ADD THE GUEST BY IT SELF.

  2. Due to Covid-19 and link with local (city) lockdown, it will become necessary for the hotels to have the Guest Residency data and not only the passport data.

  6. When we look in a guest profile we have the option to put a internal classification. I would like the possibility to order these on most used classifications instead of alphabetical order. This to prevent putting guest by accident on the 'blacklist'.

  8. option to choose the language in a guest profile. Now many times the guest does not fill in the language and automatically becomes everything in english. We (as receptionist) want the possibility to do it manually

  11. Sometimes a guest fill out his CC details in another profile and the holder name is different. In order to have to correct informations, it would be good to move a CC number in another guest profile.

  12. Since we are responsible of a lot of people somehow, would be nice to have the option to add an Emergency Contact in the registration card that they have to sign when they check in house. In case of incident, we can contact a family member.

    Would be quicker & easire if when creating a new booking for a return guest, who has checked out then checked back in on the same day, but 2 different bookings.

  18. In case of Spain, we must introduce the data of the customer to send it every day to the police. We have an issue, the check in process is too long and many times hapend that not all customer's data is correctly introduced to the profile... Then the police report is not complete and the report can not be sent.
    Would be nice to can not save the data or finish the check in if the data is not completed.
    A good option would be to mark in red or with a * the necessary data this way when you…

  19. They want to have personalised vouchers attached to the customer and not the rate. So they could make an individual code that will give special prices for the rates or products for the specific customer

  20. In many countries, there are multiple official languages, meaning that nationality cannot reliably be used to determine a guest's preferred language for communication. A field for default communication language could then be added to customer profile to ensure consistency in all correspondence and also to prevent guests from receiving messages that they don't understand.
