Each part of booking engine on a new URL
Having date picker, category, room select, checkout and confirmation on all separate URLs instead of sitting on the one url the whole time would be much easier to manage with tracking and it we could re-direct to our own custom confirmation page.

Promo code should be on the checkout page
Putting promo code on the date picker is not a usual user journey and they will be confused. Having it on the checkout page is much more normal and better for UX.

Booking engine for service product
Client should create his profil and book himself services products in a drop down list (that we have preselected and not all service product) and pay with credit card.
I would like a booking engine only on profil to sell vouchers and not room.
Example : Mrs Alexandra Button want to offer a voucher to your sister and she want to select one or more service product gift voucher and pay the total amount. Adjustable Font size on Booking Engine
The font size on the BE is sometimes too big and the last letters appear blurry

Video for the booking engine
the property "The Olive boutique and spa" was thinking about uploading a video/GIF in the booking engine to show the customers more about the space. I found it interesting as we are striving to increase the Mews Booking Engine and therefore, the merchant usage.

Combining rates when the dates are overlapping
There should be the possibility that when over a period one rate is ending and another begins, a rate should still be displayed if one wants to book over that period.
For example:
Rate 1 is bookable until the 20th of December.
Rate 2 is bookable from the 21st of December.Currently, if a guest wants to book from the 20th to the 21st of December, no availability and rate is displayed.
It would be useful for to display a combined rate.
