  1. Language depending on nationality, with the option for a manual override.
    if the nationality is set for a spain, language should change to spanish. The kiosk is guest forward. default language can be set, but a more individual approach would be good

  2. Hello,

    During the online checkin can we do rules for the products that we propose to the guest ? If I have a guest that have a rate that include breakfast we should be able to have a rule to hide the breakfast. If we have guest with corporate segment we should be able to hide the product romantic package ...

  3. I would like a new model templates. I need the cancellation of booker.

    When the booker cancel the room for their boss, collegue or trainee it's impossible to send us the confirmation of cancellation.

  5. Proeprties are willing to have the Marketing subscription opt-in to be offered to the guests at the moment of the online check-out for the guests who did not subscribe to receive the marketing notifications at the check-in. Guest might change their mind during the stay

  9. Have a generic QR code to promote online check-in and enable guests to complete online check-in with their name and reservation number.

    Guests do not always keep the emails sent, so the code could be displayed in the hotel lobby, if guests are standing in the check-in queue this could be a prompt to complete the online check-in and save them time.

  12. In guest portal first screen, you can see an overview of reservations and clearly which one is cancelled. Once you enter into the Reservation details, the cancelled one does not state "Cancelled" so it can be confusing for the guest.

  13. While guest are awaiting for their room to be ready, we would like to allow them to start their check in on the Mews Kiosk App, even if the room is not inspected. Once the check in process will be done, guests can enjoy the hotel facilities and receive a notification when they can collect their keys once the room will be inspected.

  17. Add the functionality for guests to be able to use the Mews terminal to purchase any products from Mews by themselves without any intervention from our staff, at any time (from a list pre selected by us, as not all products should be purchasable by guests). Currently, the functionality is partially there but the guests can only add products to their reservations when doing the checkout, which is really annoying.

    Currently, each purchases made with the Mews Terminal require manual intervention from our staff. We want guests to be 100% autonomous in their journey. They want something but our staff…

  19. Today it is not possible to guide your guests to one kiosk if you use multiple bookable services. This makes it unable to do check-ins for for example day-uses from the same kiosk as normal bookings. Resorts with one arrival reception can't use 1 kiosk to handle multiple services on their Resort. There are multiple use cases where this could be used.
