This way we can also explain to our team members certain agreed rates over event periods and how to find these rates in order for them to book accordingly. Example: event period: Res search. Calendar shows Event text, explaining the team member what agreed rates have been offered and how to book this accordingly.

AldairAn error occurred while saving the comment Eveline Stolwijk commentedWe really need a trace/task system that is linked to a reservation and works also like a `pop up` when checking the relevant booking or doing a check in.
Example: call general manager on arrival, set a trace for a reservation to follow up on payment.
Current task list is not linked and createds input errors on text, not being deleted once completed, not being automatically inactive once booking is cancelled etc...Eveline Stolwijk supported this idea ·
Bills: how can we make this a less `messy` bill? any suggestions.
example: could we untick somewhere the CREATED field, so it does not show to the guest.
VAT: could this just be a summary at the bottom and not for each `Line` broken down?
for group bills; it would be more clear if there is one line per guest /billing item listed.
