This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. An error occurred while saving the comment Amanda Hansen commentedI agree for an option to opt out. We are looking to add a more robust SMS feature via the Marketplace and were told that there is no way to turn off or have the Mews generated chats pushed to our purchased SMS platform. This provides too many channels and confusion for both guests and staff.
We've just joined Mews and wasn't even aware of this. Scary thought to be honest. We definitely would like to set a maximum reservation number at which time it would become a group booking with different T&C. The risk to the Hotel is incredible otherwise.
