Currently, you are unable to extend an availability reservation without adjusting the block itself, or making a new reservation then locking it into the same room. Being able to manually extend a room block reservation behind negotiated day's and rates within the block would be excellent so the guest maintains one reservation throughout their stay.6 votes
Booker sends in a rooming list - this should be able to be uploaded to the block so each room is picked up and a reservation is made to the correct room type
Also to be able to pull rooming list in a nice format with our exporting unnecessary information. Wedding are always asking for a list of names and dates of who booked in their group7 votes
Allow group managers and reservation managers to add rooming list to availability blocks. Just add the Rooming List feature that is in the guest reservation under groups to the availability block.9 votes
To be able to assign spaces as correct as possible for a group, there should be an option for feature requests in the availability block. So when you pick up the reservation from the block, it is auto-assigned to the correct space feature. Example: all crew want to have quiet rooms, or all wedding guests should have a sea view. This will be more efficient for the front desk that doesn't have to double check and re-assign spaces, and to make sure the guests get what is ordered without the possibility of human errors.3 votes
When a "cash payment" (credit card etc) is used, it would be nice if it could trigger an automatic email receipt for the customer if the profile contains an email.
This would both save time in the billing process and also the environment. If the email is already sent, there is no need for printing receipts.2 votes
