I I fully agree with this. Don't even understand why this is not the norm! Guests are receiving a confirmation while we do not want it to be confirmed at all without any kind of guarantee.

when a task is linked to a reservation, once the reservation gets cancelled it should be an evidence that the task is also deleted. strange that this is not the case in mews it's not logic.

history records of sent items are crucial, in my opinion. Guests can indeed refer to it and now we do not know what or when it was sent.For example, if it concerns a survey via booking.com, you can find the messages sent there, but this is not the intention of a PMS system that values innovation, right?
