Erik Kei supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Erik Kei commentedThis would be helpful if restricted (e.g. max 20 persons per reservation) to certain channels or Distributor as we want to avoid receiving Distributor bookings for e.g. 100 persons and prefer to handle this only through our reservations department in order to be able to prepare such a big arrival (prepayment, rooming allocation, special terms and conditions, etc.)

An error occurred while saving the comment Erik Kei commentedPlease improve this option. Usually it is needed mostly by TAs booking for customers. As the "booking for another guest" option requires to enter the guests e-mail, TAs are forced to invent a "fake e-mail" in order to avoid that the customer receives a booking confirmation and therefore has access to the actual accommodation fee.
If the e-mail for the guest would not be required, that would help a lot. Or an option, that the fee should be hidden in the confirmation for the guest might be even better... -

Erik Kei supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Erik Kei commentedFor example guest chooses arrival Tuesday and the hotel has now availability (but it has availability on the next Wednesday!) it will give the guest next availability in a week or more on Tuesday. But the guest might be able to arrive on the next possible day like Wednesday. In the german version of the distributer it says"Nächstmögliche Verfügbarkeitsdaten untenstehend". AND it show next Tuesday in a week. VERY confusing for guests.

An error occurred while saving the comment Erik Kei commentedWell, this would be helpful for the "booking for someone else" section. Usually, TAs book for other guests and don't want them to see the accommodation fee.
Currently, in order for a TAs to book for another guest, they need to enter a "fake" e-mail in order to avoid having a confirmation sent to the customer.
Therefore, it would already help a lot, if the e-mail address would not be required for the guest profile in case another person creates the booking. -

Please also add a special icon/color for "late check-outs", so the reception can better distinguish them from "normal" check-out reservations.
