Thank you for your feedback and votes. We have completed splitting the messaging threads function, you will now be able to view internal external threads separately. We will be continuously to adding improvements to messaging as per your suggestions.

Hello Mewsers,
We are currently working on expanding segmentation reporting in Mews.
Soon you will be able to “group by” booking source which will show you the original source a reservation was created in before it is passed to the the channel manager, and finally Mews.

We will start collecting new feedback for missing placeholders and other things separately

Thank you for your valuable insights on this topic. I am happy to inform you that this feature is now live and ready to use for all* users.
*Please note that France and Guadeloupe will be soon be given access to this feature as well, whereas development is still ongoing to serve your legal requirements.
More information can be found in this release note.
To add, soon restored canceled reservations will as well be shown in reporting, in order to give you a clear insight.

An error occurred while saving the comment Justine Pyott commentedUP! Can't believe this basic function is not on yet. We just started with MEWS and this is a huge disappointment. Loosing customers by the hour.
Give the option to deactivate the chat function.
Most guests email us and communication through MEWS chat and email is confusing.
