  2. This is to have the team adjust the Mews scanner to default to Ms instead of Mrs when scanning passports of female guests (as most guests are Ms, to save time doing data entry)

    Since the new update you have to scroll down to see the whole information and this is not helpful is it possible to request to change it back that when a Task is created and also Note we can see the whole information as previously

  5. In order to have an immediate comparison on both of the names (reservation and CC cardholder) that would allow the perception of eventual discrepancies and/or fraud tentative that could cause Charge-backs.

  6. When a specific rate is booked, automatically populate the company to the reservation. E.G. If you book the rate "MEWS" the system will add "MEWS" as a company to the reservation

  7. WHY TO WE NEED TO MANUALLY ADD THE GUEST IN THEIR RESERVATION?

    IF THE GUEST MAKES AN ONLINE OR AN WALK IN RESERVATION FOR MORE THAN 1 ROOM WE NEED TO GROUP IT MANUALLY INTO EXISTING CUSTOMER??

    IF THE GUEST HAS MADE TWO RESERVATION FOR THE SAME DAY THE SYSTEM SHOULD ADD THE GUEST BY IT SELF.

  8. Due to Covid-19 and link with local (city) lockdown, it will become necessary for the hotels to have the Guest Residency data and not only the passport data.

  11. When we look in a guest profile we have the option to put a internal classification. I would like the possibility to order these on most used classifications instead of alphabetical order. This to prevent putting guest by accident on the 'blacklist'.

  13. option to choose the language in a guest profile. Now many times the guest does not fill in the language and automatically becomes everything in english. We (as receptionist) want the possibility to do it manually

  16. Since we are responsible of a lot of people somehow, would be nice to have the option to add an Emergency Contact in the registration card that they have to sign when they check in house. In case of incident, we can contact a family member.
