  1. Many people travel with family and share a lot of the same contact information or details within their customer profile. For many companions, sharing addresses could be used to speed up check-in or to consolidate customer profiles, as employees could use information that is already present, rather than re-entering details that may already be available. By implementing this feature, family travel and data sharing could be improved for both guests and properties alike.

  2. Address format in some countries, such as Austria and Germany, is often different from the widely known address format used in many other European countries. This can cause some confusion for guests and properties from Germany or Austria as it is not automatically corrected in the system. This formatting modification could improve the functionality of data for many users as it would eliminate confusion and keep all information accurate to the applicable cultural settings.

  5. Company profiles are very important to keep track of business travelers and are used to analyze data regarding corporate stays. For this reason, it is always important to keep company details up to date. As many companies change or if there are any duplicate profiles, it could then be very useful to implement company profile merging, similar to the feature available for customer profiles. This addition can help keep all profiles up to date and encourage consolidation in your property's system.

  6. The Mews reservation report has a lot of valuable information, including but not limited to company details that may be associated with bookings. However, as some companies are nested under a parent company, this may not provide all necessary details. An additional column to indicate these parent companies could help clarify all company data associated with your reservations.

  8. For guests that are traveling with children, it is nice to give them a discounted price for some stay products, such as breakfast or excursions. Implementation of pricing for children can help to alleviate some of these costs for your customers and make pricing more attractive for families.

Although we have a selection available, some of them may not be frequently relevant to some properties' operations. Therefore, the ability to edit or customize these labels may make them more useful for daily tasks and procedures.
