    Unfortunately it is not currently possible for us to read data from a PDF in order to update the details for customer profiles yet. For this reason, it is not likely that this feature will be developed in the near future.

  2. It would be great to have the option of having multiple emails with the account. Some people would like different charges invoiced to different emails (i.e. business card is only paying the room therefore that invoice goes to that email, and a personal email for all other expenses).

    Also another reason is husband and wife might want the invoice sent directly to there email

  3. When guests check-in, it would be great if they could confirm their vaccination status, therefore adding the "Health Compliant" badge to their profile.

  8. Set the “email” field of a booking as mandatory in the customer profile. This information is extremely important in terms of customer interaction. Moreover a customer will be more willing to change an email address created by Booking or Expedia into its own personal email address.

  9. It would be good to have an history of name changes in guest profiles. It would also be very useful if we could find profiles even when searching for the old name in the search bar. That way we could find a reservation using an original email from the client, evenif the name in the reservation changed.

  10. When guest make reservations via booking.com, expedia... most of the time we only receive a telephone number or address. The e-mail address is in 99% of the cases one generated by the OTA to mask the guests email. Therefore it would be very convenient if Mews would merge profiles based on other similarities as well. This would make it easier to identify guests who have already stayed with us previously.

  11. Please include in the action log, if an email has been sent to the guest via Mews ie. confirmation, quotation, cancellation etc.

    Now that we have to manually send confirmation emails, it would be greatly beneficial to be able to check if this has been done.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We have recently released a feature that allows you to view the mail queue for the individual guests from the Guest profile in addition to the usual mail queue.


    You can access the mail queue on the guest level by selecting the guest dashboard and clicking on the mail queue icon on the top right hand side.


    Please note that mail queue is currently visible to admin level users. We recommend that you consult your manager in order to access this functionality.

  14. When you make a new reservation with a returning guest profile there comes a pop-up with important details about the guest.
    Just a note screan that we can fill in, about room numbers they prefer, if they have a dog, that they always want an extra pillow etc.
    That would be great.

  15. is it possible to personalize notes.
    So if you press Ctrl + F and at the top of the note appearse your name.
    Would be a lot faster.

  17. This is a great feature, however it seems to be Euro-centric, in that the house numbers are being put at the END of the guest's address.

    Is there anyway to fix this so that Australian addresses always have the house number BEFORE the street address?

  19. Why is it that if a name is entered incorrectly at reservation, that if it is updated in the system, it doesn't show up as changed on the timeline or the guest's dashboard?
    It's not until you go completely into the guest's profile that you can see the changes.
    EG: A guest uses the name Bob at reservation then later asks for it to be under Robert Dawson. The name Bob is the only thing that shows on the timeline and dashboard

  20. To be able to generate a report of duplicate profiles (All profile types) report. This will help in managing the merging process for individual profiles and at least flag the other duplicates that can not be merged ie company profiles.
