Option to choose or change guest preferred language in Commander

Add loyalty program classification when a customer profile has a loyalty code.
When a loyalty code is added manually or via the channel manager, Mews will automatically assign the loyalty program classification to this customer.

Move a Credit card to another profile
Sometimes a guest fill out his CC details in another profile and the holder name is different. In order to have to correct informations, it would be good to move a CC number in another guest profile.

Being able to put an EMERGENCY CONTACT in the registration card
Since we are responsible of a lot of people somehow, would be nice to have the option to add an Emergency Contact in the registration card that they have to sign when they check in house. In case of incident, we can contact a family member.

Two Factor Authentication
When creating employees it would be useful to have an option to enforce two factor authentication. This could apply by user, so that those in more critical positions have to use 2FA (managers) where we could leave it off for housekeeping, etc

Registration card to be printed in French and in English
Registration card must be printed both in French and English.

We are very happy to inform you that we currently support the ability to print registration cards in multiple languages, including French.
Each registration card is printed based on the guests nationality as set up in Mews. For example if the guests Nationality is French, registration cards printed for that guests will be in French. The same process can be applied for gusts of multiple nationalities.

For guests that are traveling with children, it is nice to give them a discounted price for some stay products, such as breakfast or excursions. Implementation of pricing for children can help to alleviate some of these costs for your customers and make pricing more attractive for families.

Remove experation ID field in South Africa
"Seems to be happening more often where our guests are asked an expiry for the SA ID. I dont see the point off asking the guest when there ID expires? Whats the point?"

Many people use customer classifications to keep track of specific types of guests. Although we have a selection available, some of them may not be frequently relevant to some properties' operations. Therefore, the ability to edit or customize these labels may make them more useful for daily tasks and procedures.

Mark the necessary customer data before finishing the check in
In case of Spain, we must introduce the data of the customer to send it every day to the police. We have an issue, the check in process is too long and many times hapend that not all customer's data is correctly introduced to the profile... Then the police report is not complete and the report can not be sent.
Would be nice to can not save the data or finish the check in if the data is not completed.

Show number of past reservations and filter by this field
Customer classifications tell you if someone has stayed before but it would be great to easily how many times customers have stayed.
This could be used to send custom emails, voucher codes and other loyalty rewards. It's also useful to export a specific list for things like birthday and holiday cards.22 votes -
Define customer communication language
In many countries, there are multiple official languages, meaning that nationality cannot reliably be used to determine a guest's preferred language for communication. A field for default communication language could then be added to customer profile to ensure consistency in all correspondence and also to prevent guests from receiving messages that they don't understand.
