Add vouchers as a field to reservations
Add a field onto the reservation to enter a free format travel agent voucher number issued for billing purposes and to be able to print this voucher number onto the guest bill. This as we need to issue invoices for TMC's that include the voucher number to be approved for payments.
We electronically transfer the data via the API for all these invoiced bill directly to the TMC's for them to electronically process via their OCR system to issue payments. Using billing notes, users to tend to add additional information causing the process to fail.

When a product is purchased, a task is created. If this task can be allocated to a specific assignee or department this would ensure no tasks are missed.

Link 2 different reservations
Sometimes clients book 2 consecutive nights through 2 different means. It would help the communication with housekeeping if the reception was able to "link" the 2 reservations together so it is clear that the same person stays in the room. Additionally, it would be helpful to have an automatic detection of this kind of things, like a notification warning us that a reservation has been made with a similar name a day before or after.

When displaying Hotel Guest Name on the Timeline why cant you add how many occupants are in that rom as well ie Smith/Jones 2 or Jackson 3 which would be very helpful as a quicker view of how many guests staying instead of going over multiple reports and clicks.

Minimalize a reservation
Option to minimalize a reservation (for example keep it in the right bottom of the timeline). It could allow you to continue with other tasks and than later on get back to the reservation/booking that you were working on. It could also be a reminder for yourself that you need to follow up on that certain reservation.

Add email alert and option to attach documents to tasks.
Ability to add attachments (photos/documents) to tasks. This is critical for Maintenance and Housekeeping operations as the assignee will be able to see exactly what/where the issue is. In addition, if this element is used for management to assign, track and review team tasks, the ability to add blueprints, schematics, schedules, etc. for maintenance is necessary.

locking the rate
It would be useful to be able to lock the rate of a reservation when making price agreements for a one-time booking, just like you are able to lock the booking to a specific roomnumber. Now, when you or a colleague makes any changes to the reservation, you have the risk of changing the rate.

Optimize Bed Allcoation for Groups
Bed Allocation needs to be optimized in order for one guest profile/booking with several individual bed reservations (eg several beds within one room category) to be allocated in the same room instead of being separated into several rooms/floors. In a house with more than 80% of occupancy rate, there is no way to allocate guests in the same dorm.

Ability to Book a Reservation by Overriding Restrictions by Management
When using Mews to book a reservation, there are times a manager needs to have the ability to override the restrictions and "Force-Sell" a room. Example the property may have a 2 night minimum, but wants to book a VIP for 1 night only. The process now is to remove the restriction, book the reservation and put the restriction back on which exposes availability. Better to have a NS (Normal Sell using restrictions) and FS (Force-Sell with overrides restrictions) for Management use only.

Change PAX on inhouse reservations
What we would like is to be able to change the PAX on a nightly basis.
E.g.
"Guest A" has reserved a room for 5 nights. On night 1,2,3 Guest A stays in the room alone. Night 4 & 5 "Guest B" will join "Guest A" in the same room.
As for now we have no possibility to change the amount adults/children since there's already products that has been consumed previous nights. (breakfast --> via product rule)

long stay
Section to enter arrival date and then number of nights for long stays. Instead of working out what 31 nights would be for example and using the calendar. This would then display a list of rooms availble for the number of nights entered.

Payment status must be visible on reservations via Timeline
For every reservation that is on timeline, it would be nice if there was some form of a payment status descriptor so that our front desk staff can visually recognize which reservations have fully paid and which haven’t.
For example:
A fully paid reservation could have a “green” dot
An unpaid booking could have a “red” dot
A failed transaction could have a “black “ dotAt this moment we have to manually enter the reservation and go to the payments tab to check if the reservation is fully paid or not. This takes time for each booking and is…

Possibility to detach/unmerge a room from a group
Sometimes rooms are added to a group that do not appear to belong together, or an error occurs and a room is added to a group.
It would be practical if you could remove rooms from a group. Currently, this is not possible.
