  1. We request the functionality to round reservation prices to whole numbers in our booking system.

    This adjustment is crucial for maintaining the upscale image of our 4 and 5-star hotels, as current pricing often results in decimals.

    Implementing whole number pricing will simplify transactions and enhance the premium perception of our rates.

  2. Often it happens that some guests would like to add more identical bookings, just under a different name, if they are part of a group. I am aware there is already a tool to make a duplicate from Mews, however, the information copied are not sufficient and should also include manually entered rates. I have already provided this information to Mews Premium, who informed us that it's not possible and they requested to add the idea on this feedback form.

  3. This was already posted before and it got 25 votes. The moderator answered that there is already an 'in person' option but this is not enough as there are more actions that happen 'in person'. As a hotel you want to distinguish between walk-ins and extensions from reservations that both happen in person.

  4. Offer the ability to Bind a rate that will not be communicated within the confirmation. We use a Corporate rate code to book media stays to be charged back to marketing. It would be great to send the media stay a confirmation without explaining in a separate email that they will not be responsible for the rate. This would benefit Wholesaler, receptive, and OTA bookings as well!

  5. It would be nice, if it was possible to add multiple rate codes in one reservation. For example if there is a reservation for 4 nights. The first and the last night booked at the best available rate, however the second and third night is booked at the corporate's contract rate. Now, we need to make three separate reservations. If it would be possible to add multiple rate codes in a reservation, this would make this much easier.

  7. Hide dedicated OTA mapping rate categories from the reservation screen when only the external channel manager (Like Cubilis from Stardekk for example) has a use of them

  8. When the reception team takes a direct booking and pick up a rate, it should note which products are included. Firstly, when looking at the individual rates – where it notes the R/O cost and products e.g. +£16 – it should note what these products are. Secondly, once it is picked up, in the reservation summary, it displays the rate code e.g. ‘BB’ – but it should also note the summary of the products within it.
