  1. Our accounting ledger, with the hostel closing and a lot of cancellations, is overloaded with negative outstanding amounts.
    We have seen with the MEWS team that as soon as we have a cancellation, the late cancellation turnover is posted automatically without us being able to do anything.
    In this case, is it possible to ensure that the negative and positive outstandings are filtered out?
    The goal is to show the user directly what he wants to see, so to add the filter in the options on the side.

  2. In order to facilitate the check out and payment, it would be easier if the Rate name was displayed next to the amount. This way the Receptionist can easily state what type of stay occurred and apply his SOPs accordingly.

  3. It would be essential to bill and follow debtors invoices based on company profiles.
    Actually we can invoice a company but the invoice stay on client profile, for debtors management it would be easier that the invoice appears on company profile. We are force to create a client profile for the company and move the items on it, which is redundant.

  4. At the moment, it can be hard to tell if an invoice has been emailed to the client or not. can the email button be turned red or something to show if the email has been sent.

  5. In the billing screen, please allow user to tick the item to correct/adjust and foresee and foresee and adjust/partial adjust button to do the correction in same screen.

    Eg: a beer of €5 appears on invoice but was wrongly posted. Now, we need to go to add product, select the correct service (F&B 21%) and book negative amount.

    This is not seamless and from experience, as operator needs to manually select in which service to adjust.

    I see that the service or product selected for the adjustment is not always the same as the service/product that was initially posted. Eg.…

  6. Currently guests in house with future bookings aren't shown as in house in the accounting ledger.

    It confusing for receptionists to check what is due and why as they have some In House Clients and some that are In house but not shown as is…

  7. It will be nice to have the price shown for only selected items if asked by the guest, and not have to move them to a new bill to have the amount, or calculate somehow.

  8. Need to be able to pull a report or see quick view, the total revenue listed under a group name which includes any charges accrued during that stay - currently you can only pull the reservations report for accommodation and no additional charges.

  9. We use the booker field for our paymaster indications for groups.

    It would be great if the booker would come up as a suggested customer to move the bill items to, when we move items from the bill.

    So in the move section all possible customer profiles that are attached to a reservation are listed as option.

  12. At the moment there is no way to check Outstanding Balances in a report format for a particular day.

    Having a daily or 'period wise' Outstanding Balance Report will help front desk receptionist and supervisors to monitor payments for check in/ check out guests with ease and not miss out a guest who has not paid.

    A status with a green 'tick' can also be placed on the reservation on the timeline to visually help front desk agents to point out which reservation has a pending balance if any.

    In this case the reservation, despite being of an NRF rate, was not cancelled but suffered a change of dates, so the cancellation fee would only be the difference between the value of the new reservation and the value of the initial reservation.

    New dates: 527€
    Initial dates: 460€
    Cancellation fee: 67€

    is there any possibility of programming this NRF condition when there is a change of dates so that the cancellation fee is only the difference, but at the minimum of the initial dates, in this case it would be the minimum of 460€.

  16. Now, it is impossible to print or send a proforma if booking is not confirmed
    To send a proforma for optional booking we have to confirm the reservation then delete it and re-create the booking as optional.
    Please make it possible, so we can send a proforma invoice as a quotation with an option date for confirmation

  17. It would be great to be able to create products (NOT linked as a stay package) composed of different subproducts with different prices and VAT rates, which would show as one package price.

    Example: I would like to create a Drinks package of X€, composed of water at Y€ and VAT rate at 10% and of wine at Z€ and VAT rate at 20%. Currently we have to create two products (water AND wine) and it would not appear as a drinks package in the billing line.

  20. -Make the line between bills thicker and/or more pronounced. It could be so much more clear which bill is which.
    -Add a bill icon to the card that enters right of the screen when you click on a reservation from the timeline. If they are small Icons and ALMOST everywhere, it's odd to have them missing in some places.
    -A dog Icon, so we can see from the timeline which guests have dogs so we know where they can be moved (dog friendly suites)
