Action Log: Filter by Space Category and other attributes
Sometimes guests will have rate disputes and I would like to investigate and be able to present concrete evidence. Right now I have to go to the Action Log, give it a wide time frame because I don't know when the rate was last updated, and sort by type = price adjustments, and rate = the rate that I am looking through.
In case I am using a revenue management integration, the rates could be changed pretty frequently, and there would be a lot of information, and the report takes a while to load.

Scheduled Reports - No Customisable Periods
At the moment there are only set intervals for scheduled reports. Ability to set your own date parameters will eliminate the need to manually run reports on daily basis.

Orphan Date Dynamic Restrictions
Add the ability to set an MLOS rule that will reduce the MLOS applied where a short gap between two bookings is not long enough to satisfy the restriction applied to that respective Space Category. This is particularly needed for Short Term Rental operators where a Space Category has an inventory of 1. This functionality offered by Pricelabs.

Scheduled Year Overview Report Date Range Error
When scheduling reports, you typically have them scheduled to send via email in the morning. This ensures that all data is accurate for the day prior.
When scheduling Month Overview Manager Reports, you can select the date range to be from the 1st of the Month to Today 00:00 (midnight the night prior). This is great because all the data is final and cannot / should not really be adjusted.
However, when scheduling the Year Overview Report, the only option for date range is from the 1st of the year to Tomorrow 00:00 (which is midnight tonight as opposed to…

Allow to set "hours" in the minimum advance restrictions
At the moment, the system only allows to create minimum advance by days. Sometimes we want to have a release of 6 or 12 hours not the entire day but the system doesn't give that option.

Aplly different rates for each day as per revenue management rules
It is compulsory to be able to apply different rates and the same reservation for each day, otherwise it is not possible to have a correct report with the right ADR each day. I have thought that this would be possible on MEWS. I am a little suprise that this is not possible.

Add agent or company to check-out report
It would be great if you can see where the checked out reservations comes from. Maybe by selected in the column to the right. It makes it easier for us to send out the bills afterwards. Now you can selected customers notes and reservations notes.

VAT 0 for every items paid by Complimentary external payment
Who wants to pay VAT on something we didn't get paid for !!!!
When an item is offered with the Complimentary external payment, cancel the VAT of the item.
27 votesThe optimal way to handle this is to have a complimentary product with a negative price and the same VAT and use it to balance out the original item instead of using a complimentary type of payment. The VAT will be balanced to 0 and doesn’t need to be paid and count of items will still be trackable.

Add notes to calendar in Rate Management
It could be awesome to be able to add different colours or notes to some dates in the Rate Management calendar so we can mark some special dates as holly weeks, special events, etc to pay attention to the rates on those days

Allow Minimum Rate Setting on Rate Management
As revenue managers, we sometimes need to change many dates in one go. Unfortunately, mistakes can be made that can lead to reservations with the wrong rate (a really low one).
It surprised me to realise that MEWS did not have a way to set a minimum rate to be sent to the booking channels as SiteMinder does. We should be able to set the rate we do not want to sell cheaper than that year round. For instance, if we never sell our master rate for less than 59 Euro, it would be great that Mews would not allow…44 votes -

We have golf package for 2 persons. when only 1 golfer, price should be adjusted depending on season and type of room.I cannot use the empty bed option as adjustment is changing depending on seasons and room categories.

Rate History
Display the final value for the fully flex rate in the rate management calender instead of changing everything back to the base rate after 2 weeks. Allows us to track the ratemanagement history

It is only possible to delete or create a user in Mews => We would need Mews to offer the possibility to suspend an account or desactivate it for a given period of time
