  2. set up in the schedules a group of reports that needs to be sent to our Accounts in Head Office. He called Night Packs and has included 8 reports for each of our hotels (Ibis Budget and Ibis Red).
    We have created a Night Pack set up schedule with 8 reports and it comes each report export directly and individually to our email included in the set up.

    My question is: Can Mews generate these reports, get them direct and sent them all into a single one email?

  5. it is not always easy to find access to input calendar events. is there a way you are able to add it to the drop down menu for either rates or reservations, or even timeline.
    the only way i find it now is through burger menu, settings, services and then click back at the top left corner on the name of the property. seems a bit weird.

    plus it would be great if their could be a note field so that reservations know what rate, minimum stay, etc should be offered on those days

  6. Section to enter arrival date and then number of nights for long stays. Instead of working out what 31 nights would be for example and using the calendar. This would then display a list of rooms availble for the number of nights entered.

  9. We wish to be able to send 1 email (confirmation etc) for multiple bookable services as one. So if a guests books parking at the same time as their room, both services should be included in the same email. This is ensure a clear communication to the guest, without the need of spamming them with multiple emails for each service.

  11. For every reservation that is on timeline, it would be nice if there was some form of a payment status descriptor so that our front desk staff can visually recognize which reservations have fully paid and which haven’t.

    For example:
    A fully paid reservation could have a “green” dot
    An unpaid booking could have a “red” dot
    A failed transaction could have a “black “ dot

    At this moment we have to manually enter the reservation and go to the payments tab to check if the reservation is fully paid or not. This takes time for each booking and is…

  14. Bonjour, notre ancien PMS nous permettait de voir sur le calendrier d'un seul coup d'oeil quels clients avaient tout réglé par un petit symbole (c'était le symbole euro) à droite de leur nom. Cela est pratique car un jour de départ avec beaucoup de clients, on voit tout de suite à coté du nom du client le symbole, le client rapporte la clef , il est toujours pressé, on voit le marqueur, et on a moins de stress.

  16. On the dashboard of a guest, we cannot see in one eyesight the previous room number, we have to click on details, or open every past bill.
    It will be usefull to have this information on the screen where all past bookings are displayed, especially if it's a returning guest with a lot of previous stays

  18. It would be great to have events shown on timeline to also reflect in the housekeeping app so that housekeeping staff are aware of events so they can set rooms up accordingly.

  19. When we open our arrival donut report we would like to see really quickly who paid and who didn't pay.

    For example: green dot-paid everyhing, yellow dot, an amount less than 50 euros to be paid and red dot more dan 50 euros to pay.

  20. Housekeeping needs the information whether a child belongs to one or the other child category - in our hotel baby, kid or teen - housekeeping prepares a crib for a baby, a small bed for a child and a special place for teens - so they cannot work with the actual submitted informations.
    Please submit the child categories to the housekeeping reports.
