  1. Very often the touroperator/agency have a common email they use for bookings. It should be possible to eighter register the same email on several persons, or choose company email to confirm booking,

  2. Hello, we would like to have the feature of automatic logout/lock session after employee inactivity. For example, if there is no interaction on the screen for 60 seconds, the “lock session” should be automatically enforced for the employee.

  4. The ‘completed’ and ‘future’ tasks have the same colour scheme in the app. This is complete nonsense in terms of meaning.
    There should urgently be a third colour for the 3 statuses.

  5. It would be great if we could receive a no-show report, either as an xml attachment in an email, or a pdf report through email.

    Currently the only way to check no-shows is on the day itself and there's no way to really gather statistics from this unless you keep track yourself.

  6. When products are added because of a package, thus added through a product rule with a rate or rate group as condition, when changing that Rate also the products should be removed.

  7. please add Inquired reservations in both places, Reservation Overview and the Availability & Occupancy report

    Is it possible to get a better view of the Availability & Occupancy report to also include INQUIRED reservations?

    Per today we can see the number of Optional reservations and Inquired blocks, but not Inquired reservations - which would to get a clearer overview of wait listed reservations.

    Per today, the only way to find the INQUIRED reservations is a very complicated and time consuming way, you have to go through the Reservations report and choose Inquired.

  8. It would be very useful if you could view the status of an existing support case (e.g. see if it's been looked at, actioned, etc.) via the digital assistant. Currently once a case is submitted via the digital assistant, I'm not aware of a way to contact support without creating another case via the digital assistant. If you email [email protected] the automated reply says emails cannot be responded to directly, and creates another case.

    It would be much simpler if you could give your case number to the digital assistant to get a link to a summary page. Also, it…

  9. It would be very helpful if the age categories for children in the guest statistics could be adapted to the hotel-specific definition.
    For example: 0-5 years and 6-12 years instead of 0-9 years, etc.

When making a booking and we need to select a date; could we get the dates on the calendar highlighted to let us know something important is happening on this date, i.e bank holiday, special event, wedding, or any restrictions. As when making a booking on Mews, we don't always use the calendar therefor we can miss if there is something important happening on that date.

  11. At the moment you are unable to see the specific group that has remaining rooms that have not been picked up, instead you see all the groups with blocks during the specified dates.
    With that you need to go into each of the groups to check which ones still have rooms that have not been picked up nor released.

  13. We have a mandatory field for canelationreason when we cancel a product, but there is no report for checking this proccesses.
    We need a report sorted by products with reason, guest name, booking date and cancellation date etc.
    As it is now, checking is extremely time-consuming because you have to search for everything individually.

  16. It would be helpful to have more charging rules or patterns for products.

    Especially for long term bookings (still with a nightly rate) it can be necessary to add a product on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly pattern.

  17. It should be possible to remove a guest from a group.
    Cancelation and rebooking is not a logical process. The canceled booking stays forever in the group, doesn´t it?

    Shouldn´t be to hard to develop. ;-)

  18. Hi, we need to filter by last name, but the export only contains first and last name in one cell, so we can only filter by first name.

  20. Can we please create a feature to block room charges for so no one can add any unnecessary charges to rooms

    Right now, we are only commenting on bookings that should be on a no post basis, but of course there is human error at one point or another and it is sometimes easy to miss the comment especially when there are multiple information on the booking, and we end up not getting paid for these services sometimes
