  1. Unfortunatelly it is not possible to change to the service name on the online check-in, unfortunately the online check-in configuration is outside of the services and located in the Settings > Property. Therefore it is not possible to change this text to use the service name.

  4. Gender / Nationality / Date of birth by booking

    Could we make madatory for a guest who is booking to fill his Gender / Nationality / Date of birth as well ? Right now he only has to fill his last name, email and phone number.

    We have an all-female-dorm and some men keep booking it for some reasons. Gender with "Woman / Man / Non binary (or diverse?) at the moment of booking could really help us. As it is mandatory for us to have the nationality of the guest as well as his birth date, those could be…

  5. The "group by" filter in the reservation report does not differentiate between groups with 1 reservation and those with 3+ reservations. Mews assigns a group reference/name to all regardless of the number of reservations in the group.

    For better group management, we need a more comprehensive group reporting for all corporate/business/conference groups at a property which would aid in easier marketing, financial performance, and reservation management.

  6. IT and Property Admins are requesting a more robust platform for their permissions where they can manage login audits (for example) for the properties they are running so they can react more urgently and proactively when necessary without needing to involve the Support team as the first plan of action(especially in time-sensitive cases).

The "city" focused filter will allow Sales and Revenue Departments to have the option to pull for more specific/localized stats of their visitors as opposed to a whole region/territory/filter which could affect product creation sales and marketing campaign (Without needing to export to Excel + filter the customer profiles report)

  10. Residents can book their stay with an open end date. Guests are staying for more than 1 year at the same property and instead of offering them an end date and another guest can book the same room, they would like to book it for one guest only.

  11. On bill > [+] Add Product > It would be useful to eventually add a "currency" field to change the currency of the product for those environments accepting multiple currencies.

    At this time, one has to create multiple products to reflect a distinct currency in their settings.

  13. Implement a feature to automatically generate a note in a reservation when a specific rate code or company is booked. Currently, notes need to be entered manually. An automated note would be useful for including specific instructions about payment, allocation, and any other important information for the front office. This enhancement would ensure consistency and efficiency in handling reservations.

  14. When creating a Hourly Service to sell hotel rooms during the day, we would like to have the possibility to add occupancy starting time and ending time to this service.

    To be able to sell room during the day on different time slots, we're first going to set up the Hourly Service. We are then going to create Rate Plans on which we add "Closed to stay" Restrictions on selected hours.
    With this setup I can sell my day rooms on different time slot and at different rates.

    However this configuration does not allow us to set up the Occupancy…

  15. (1) When filtering out the Start and End date fields to search "applicable" or "created" interval, it should intuitively grey out dates past the start date and then prompt the user with future dates within the same calendar period (future in general). Users should not be expected to keep clicking on dates to select the desired dates.

    (2) Once you access a restriction, and edit it then you click "<=" to go back to the restriction page/dashboard. However, the dates previously selected have been reset to the current/default "applicable" window. The clients would like to not keep selecting the dates…

  18. I would like a report that can show me; arrival date, lead time for the arrival date with either a travel agent profile, company or source for the booking and rate for the booking could be rate code. This report should be possible to pull for a year, month per day. I know I can use reservation report, but I still need to put it in a excel sheet and then make my own pivo.

  19. If the client has MMMP active, they would like to be able to look up a reservation number and find then the property, as sometimes people call not knowing which hotel they are staying but giving you only the reservation number.

  20. The Reservation Report shows 0 EU/SEK/NOK in Rate if a reservation is prepaid. This makes it harder to calculate reservation amounts in an exported version of the Reservation Report. The Rate should not be 0 no matter if the reservation is paid or not.
