  2. Tasks Management: certain automated events in Mews create Automated Tasks. Admins would love the option to disable some of the recurring tasks

    Most automated Tasks, except for the Manual Settlement task enabled in the rate group setting, do not currently have the setting to edit/disable the task at will (for example: when payment requests are fulfilled).

  3. Currently, if a guest books multiple rooms, and even if they have multiple names listed for that registration, you can only print one registration card, and that card will only have one of the room numbers on it. It would be much better to be able to print a card for each room.

  4. Currently, after a guest associated with a group block checks in and wants to be moved to a different room type, we have to adjust or add the room type to the block. This is a few added steps for the FD and reservations. I suggest that when the availability block is released then the guest reservations are available to actual inventory opposed to that within the block.

  5. Add a unique icon for a third category of age so in reports, we can easily see the difference between the adults, the kids and the teenagers as for some products, teenagers pay same price as adults but for others they don't so we need this distinct category.

  7. We are missing a more efficient way to visualize cancellations in the reservation reports. Right now, you can see the cancelled status with a grey color that is not clear enough. Maybe red of a more vivid color.

  8. When you need to extend a booking, you manually need to move future booking(s) before extending. If the future bookings aren't locked they should just be replaced in the timeline the same way as if you move between spaces.

    The problem happens when hotels are quite fully booked and you need to remove space for reservations and the puzzle it all together again after extending the one reservation in question.

  9. Let the acc. provider decide at which time the night audit shout take place.
    So it is easier for late arrival or Bars to post there revenue.

  10. We would like to send our guests as little email as possible. Therefore, it would be great to be able to confirm two bookable services in one mail. For example parking and a room reservation. To avoid having to send to many emails.

  11. Total amount of pre-authorizations, currently there is only a list but not a total amount. We can see this amount in reports and from the client's profile for consumption control

  12. It would be an awesome feature, if you could individually select the color of a reservation in the timeline - that would make an overview much easier.

    For example: Two rooms are booked from the same customer. Therefore you can select a specific color for both reservations. Then you can easily recognise bookings in the timeline, that belong together.

  13. It would be useful to allow clients to duplicate the "Name" identified in the field "Name*" within the export scheduler page (right side, under the "enabled" box) in the file name that is generated to indicate where the file came from and the interval it was generated for.

  14. There is no report on issuing a statement for an individual company, at any time of the month which should include invoice number, date of invoice, amount and the period (if it's overdue, how many days). Statements should be issued to companies on a regular basis in order to allow them to reconcile the account!

  15. Block desk agents from accessing the cashier report in order to allow for blind drops for cash handling. Have system close and reset cashiers when it switches over to the new day.

  16. Allow a manager to set the minutes per room as a goal time for due outs and stay overs. Have this option to print on the housekeeping assignee report to be able to set a goal time and accountability for the staff.

  19. I don't want to send confirmation emails to 3rd party OTA's. They send through the 3rd part platform and may show a rate code which is a violation of the agreement between hotels and OTA's. Example: Expedia collect - the commission is taken from the room rate, so what the guest sees is lower than what the guest pays. This causes issues as the guest will be confused and disgruntled thinking they somehow are getting overcharged by Expedia.

    Also, some tour operators also don't want a guest to see the rate, and will cancel a contract due to sharing the…

  20. It would be awesome and time saving to have a search bar in the check out report screen - instead of having to ctrl + F to find reservation here as this screen is amazing to use for checkouts and being able to see the bill balance but alas without a search bar its not 100% of the way there.
