We’re delighted to share the news that now you can configure Mews to let guests pay with iDEAL!
To learn more and get started with iDEAL check out this guide – https://help.mews.com/en/articles/5179046-enable-ideal-as-an-alternative-payment-method.
Once the above is done, your guests will see iDEAL as a payment method in the booking engine, payment requests & online check-out. You can take advantage of convenient, automated payment processing with a real-time overview and central reconciliation.

Our hotels are located in the Netherlands and we really rely on Dutch, Belgium and especially German guests. Therefore iDeal, Sofort and Bancontact.

Hello. We are starting to work on better visualization of restrictions in Booking engine. We do not have estimated delivery yet, but we believe first small increments to release in April or earlier.

This can be a big improvement. The guest should immediately receive information about how they can actually book a room instead of 'turning them off' with just simply saying there is no availability.
Mews is updating their Engine with more and more improvements lately so i hope this feature will also come available soon.

Thank you for the feedback.
It is currently possible to receive a copy of the confirmation email when bookings are made from the Distributor. This functionality can be enabled in your stay settings by selecting the option “Order generates email”. You can use this option to trigger an automatic email notification for the relevant departments.
