Wenn ein Gast im Zimmer eine digitale Buchung aufgibt, bekommen wir das an der Rezeption oder Bar nicht mit!
Das "eine Bing" auf dem S700 hören wir im aktiven Betrieb nicht. Auch nicht, wenn ich auf ganz laut stelle! Problem: Gäste sind verärgert, wenn Wir die QR Buchung erst eine 1/2 Stunde später sehen und bearbeiten! Verständlich!!!
Lösungsansatz:
1. Bei QR Buchung vom Gast wird automatisch ein BON am Drucker ausgelöst
2. Alternativ: Wir bekommen eine Email, dass eine Bestellung eingegangen ist.Die Lösung aktuell ist nicht professionell, wir bitten die Entwickler um eine schnelle Lösung! Vielen Dank.

When a guest places a digital order via QR code from their room, the reception or bar team is not aware of it.
The single “ping” on the S700 is not audible during active operations — even when the volume is set to maximum.
As a result, orders are often only noticed and processed 30 minutes later, which understandably leads to guest dissatisfaction.Proposed solutions:
- Automatically trigger a printed ticket (receipt) at the printer whenever a QR order is placed
- Alternatively: send an email notification to inform us immediately of a new order
The current setup is not operationally reliable or professional. We kindly ask the development team to provide a prompt solution.

Ich habe eingestellt, dass bei digital ordering, über QR Code die Gäste automatisch eine 4 Euro Roomservice Gebühr (pro Bestellung) verrechnet bekommen.
Dies gilt leider nun für ALLE QR BESTELLUNGEN auch von der Terrasse vor der Bar.
Hier braucht es dringend eine Splitting:
A) Hotelzimmer Bestellungen (plus 4 Euro) und
B) Ordering von Restaurant, Lobby, Bar oder Terrasse (=gebührenfrei!)Bitte um Unterstützung für dieses Voting ;O)
