Need a Daily or Monthly General Journal entry using GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Practices) - double entry (Debit and Credit) to import into Quickbooks Accounting Software.

Housekeepers should only be able to see what rooms have been assigned to them and only them. This become a privacy issue letting all the housekeepers know which other housekeepers are assigned other rooms. The filter function on the housekeeper app should be removed. Also there should be a security feature that prevents housekeepers from staying logged indefinitely because they will also be able to see who is working on certain days. This creates a management problem and animosity amongst staff members who are assigned rooms which they like to clean and which they don't like to clean. Or who is working on what day, and who is not working on another day. This is privileged information and can become a suable offense in the United States.

Based on Los Angeles Law - the square footage of each room must be displayed on the mews housekeeping app and it needs to calculate based on the law how much square footage each housekeeper is allowed to clean. Look at Section 182.00 et seq., of the City of Los Angeles Hotel Worker Protection Ordinance (“HWPO”).

MEWS has no method of importing all the account files via GAAP by monthly with double entry accounting (Debit and Credit)! Why?
