  1. Change colors back to how they were (blue = dirty, black = inspected, green = clean, yellow - ooo, red = oos)

    Change MEWS timeline and space status colors back please, (blue = dirty, black = inspected, green = clean, yellow - ooo, red = oos)
    and IF you change, please INFORM BEFOREHAND!!!!

  2. being able to filter the availability screen by space category

    it would be great if you would be able to filter the availability report per space category - when you have several space categories, you are not able to see everything on the one screen and are not able to see the space category or date when scrolling further to the right on the time line

  3. Move a reservation group to a different space category in bulk

    In case of group bookings, would it be possible to select several rooms which have the space category to move them to another space category instead of doing one by one?

    As we sell different space types we would like to make different confirmation templates per space type, better suiting the product.

    Hello from the Mews product team,

    Thank you for your feedback. We are very happy to inform you that as per your request we have added the option to customise your confirmation email per space type.

    In order to make use of this functionality:
    1. Select a space category (settings > property > space categories)
    2. Scroll down to “Order email template”
    3. Enter the text you would like to be sent to your guests and hit save.
    4. The text will now appear under the “Additional info” section of your confirmation email for the desired space.

    NOTE: The text does not need to be in custom HTML to appear correctly in the email.

    Hello Mewsers,

    Thank you for your suggestions.

    We are very happy to inform you that you are currently able to select the specific space categories that you would like to be included in your police report.

    You can update your preferred categories by selecting your police report in the Mews Marketplace, from here you can remove any of Space categories that you would not like to be included.
