    As I am still mastering... You could not see in the Master which companies are connected, if there is something wrong, missing.

    You always have to go back to companies and start with A - scrolling down to where you were. It takes soo too much time...

    i have to correct myself - and this is not a good sign... it already takes up to 10 sec to wait until something is saved after adding the master. and we are just 1 year with mews.imagine our database of companies in 2, 3 years...

    Hello Mewsers,

    We are very happy to inform you that we provide the following reservation states:

    Pending (Inquiry) – this state shows reservations as “inquired” in the system but it does remove any rooms from your inventory.

    Optional – when reservations are created in the optional state they are set and tentative in the system and can be automatically released. Optional reservations will remove rooms from your inventory.

    If you would like to know more about the states mentioned above, please contact our customer care team.

    We would like to know more about how you envision working with “probability %” and waiting lists. If you have anymore use cases or scenarios for the waiting list, please feel free to share them with us.

    sorry to say, it is not logic to merge customers but no companies. Mews did not allow more than 100 rates due to much data. but merging companies would save data as well. and it is very hard to have a glue with companies, just a year after having Mews. So what will be in 2, 3 years????

    Hello Mewsers!

    Thank you for your continued feedback and suggestions.

    We are happy to inform you that tentative, or as we’ve called them “Inquired” reservations are available in Mews Commander.

    You can create reservations with the Inquired state from the third step of the new reservations screen by selecting the “Status” dropdown and clicking “Inquiry”.

    Inquired reservations do not take spaces out of inventory, you can, however update the status of the reservations to either optional, confirmed or cancelled. Updating the status of a reservation to confirmed or optional will assign a room for your chosen reservation.

    In addition to the above inquired reservations can also be created with a release date.

    Hello Mewsers,

    Thank you for the feedback and upvotes. We are very happy to inform you that it is possible to filter the reservation overview arrival report by alphabetic order as requested.

    In order to make use if this feature, you can select the “Ordering” filter in the “Arrivals” tab, and select “Customer”. This will automatically order your reservations in ascending order, alphabetically.
