Hi there Mewsers!
You’ve asked and we’ve listened.
We upgraded the action log to make it more detailed and easier to use.
Below are some of the additional details that we’ve added.
Before, when a reservation moved to a different room, you couldn’t see which room it was in originally—now you’ll always see exactly how the reservation looked before and after each change.
We’ve enhanced updates for products. You’ll now be able trace for example, the additions of order items as well as the price adjustments made to your products.
And finally on the pricing side, no need for a calculator! You can now monitor and report on changes to prices with the both net and gross values, as well as the affects the changes you’ve made have on taxes.
We will continue working on updates to the action log for different sections of the system. Stay tuned for more!

The onscreen reports are petty good.
However, when exported to excel, they become over-complicated and lose their effectiveness for the average reader.
When I try to print to PDF via the button, I lose the onscreen formatting, and when I try to print the screen it's 50/50 if it prints as I see it.
Well-designed PDF Report exports seem a no-brainer!

Agreed - usable printable reports seem to be lacking across all functions.

Running into the same problem again today!
The onscreen reports are petty good.

The house status report especially.
The onscreen report is great.The "Print to PDF" loses the minimal formatting that makes the online report helpful. I could live with this if I could auto-generate it.
The exported excel report is useless. There is not an employee in the hotel who can follow that.

I need to sent reports to team members on a daily basis who do not use excel. I need to send them PDFs. Occupancy, Status, etc.
