  1. Hi I believe a report that shows all traces by room number would be very helpful for our daily operations. We have plenty of HSKneeds for individual rooms and we need a report that has all the information by room number. E.g. room 205 is allergic to feather, room 206 wants romantic turndown service and room 320 wants service everyday at noon.

    A report that contains guests name, arrival/departure dates and all necessary information described above would help a lot. It would nice to be able to print it for a range of rooms too so that you can give…

  2. Providing a great experience often comes down to the very last detail, which is why little things, such as turndown service, can make a big difference in a guest's stay. As an additional space status, including turndown as part of your operations, could help add that special touch to guests' rooms during their stay.

  3. It would be good if we could assign room credits for rooms to help the assignment process. Example, smaller rooms would get .75, standard rooms 1.0 and suites 1.5. Thereby, if each housekeeper could clean 12 credits daily, the system could calculate each room by value and assign accordingly. Additionally, stayovers would receive .25 credit against assignment as they take only 20 minutes to touchup versus a full clean would receive +.25 as they take longer to clean as determined by the property. Using this method would improve productivity and room assignment.

  4. As housekeeping complete their daily cleaning schedule, they are often responsible for restocking minibar products or other room amenities. Therefore, adding stay product details within the Commander application could provide stocking information and reporting capabilities so that each room is prepared exactly right for the next arriving guest.

  7. I think most hotels are outsourced their room cleaning,
    So we must get a sum up from the PMS / or from the app the number of room cleaned and inspected during a period

  8. When receiving a message in commander app option should be available to display message as a translation ... eg message sent in english might display an option to show as a translation to a preselected language in the settings. Click on a "translate from english to X language" button and that will display as X language using google translate.

  10. Dear Madam, dear Sir,
    We are currentely unable to have a clear daily housekeeping report.
    We need the following informations to be displayed in addition to the current informations.
    State of the rooms : Free and clean / Departure / Stayover.
    Today, we are unable to have these informations in our report, we have to check everyy room one by one to define the correct state, which can take us lot of time and effort.
    Looking forward for your answer.

  13. Nice improvement, for us its not fully what we need yet.   14. To keep our team safe during the pandemic, we would like to automatically quarantine a room after a check-out for 24 or 48 hours before our housekeeping team enters the room to prepare it.

    This helps us protect our team, and gives guests confidence that the room is safe from COVID-19.

  17. Housekeepers change dirty stayover rooms to clean after a stayovercleaning. The room status does not change automatically overnight. As the guest is the day after also a stay over and needs cleaning aswell.

    The housekeeping system in Mews is currently based off cleaned rooms being inspected by a supervisor including for overnight stays. When rooms are inspected, they are then turned dirty overnight.


    Would you be able to share some examples of why rooms would not be inspected by a supervisor or manager for overnight stays?

  20. make it easy for house keeper by just giving data the check out or the stay which makes them feel more comfortable and the paper looks nice and clean as housekeepers do not need the name of the guest.
