  1. It will be nice to have the price shown for only selected items if asked by the guest, and not have to move them to a new bill to have the amount, or calculate somehow.

  2. We use the booker field for our paymaster indications for groups.

    It would be great if the booker would come up as a suggested customer to move the bill items to, when we move items from the bill.

    So in the move section all possible customer profiles that are attached to a reservation are listed as option.

  5. Need to be able to pull a report or see quick view, the total revenue listed under a group name which includes any charges accrued during that stay - currently you can only pull the reservations report for accommodation and no additional charges.

    In this case the reservation, despite being of an NRF rate, was not cancelled but suffered a change of dates, so the cancellation fee would only be the difference between the value of the new reservation and the value of the initial reservation.

    New dates: 527€
    Initial dates: 460€
    Cancellation fee: 67€

    is there any possibility of programming this NRF condition when there is a change of dates so that the cancellation fee is only the difference, but at the minimum of the initial dates, in this case it would be the minimum of 460€.

  8. Now, it is impossible to print or send a proforma if booking is not confirmed
    To send a proforma for optional booking we have to confirm the reservation then delete it and re-create the booking as optional.
    Please make it possible, so we can send a proforma invoice as a quotation with an option date for confirmation

  9. It would be great to be able to create products (NOT linked as a stay package) composed of different subproducts with different prices and VAT rates, which would show as one package price.

    Example: I would like to create a Drinks package of X€, composed of water at Y€ and VAT rate at 10% and of wine at Z€ and VAT rate at 20%. Currently we have to create two products (water AND wine) and it would not appear as a drinks package in the billing line.

  10. Instead of only being able to email the guest email due to it being linked to the profile, it would be great if we could have the tool to choose between guest private email or company's email for example or simply make a "costum" button.

  11. You should be able to send out your own invoices. It's important for us to transport our image and the our experience in all aspects of our communication. The invoices provided by muse are visually very unattractive. I understand that Mews has tried to find a presentation of the invoice that fits all standards but yet again i don't understand why you can't make it possible to send out your own invoices that pull data from Mews next to the standard invoice created by Mews.   13. -Make the line between bills thicker and/or more pronounced. It could be so much more clear which bill is which.
    -Add a bill icon to the card that enters right of the screen when you click on a reservation from the timeline. If they are small Icons and ALMOST everywhere, it's odd to have them missing in some places.
    -A dog Icon, so we can see from the timeline which guests have dogs so we know where they can be moved (dog friendly suites)

  14. I would like to be able to easily identify the costs of the items I have selected in the billing screen so that I don't spend time calculating whilst my guests wait for the bill to be closed.

    It would also be helpful when calculating the amount due and managing deposits..

  15. at the moment when one guest has multiple bookings (i.e. coming for one day every week), the bill at the top of the screen is the one with the furthest arrival date.
    that doesn't make sense.
    the most recent date should be at the top and those days further in the future at the bottom of the screen.
    it is too easy to make mistakes now with creating invoices or taking payments for the wrong date / week / stay

  16. in the old billing screen, when you had created an invoice, it was immediately visible on the unassigned left side.
    now with the new billing, it "disappears" and you have to click out to say the payment tab to go back in to the billing tab before you can see the created invoice and move it to the Pay Master.
    this is creating additional unnecessary work!

  17. Il sistema crea le voci di Deposit (sia positiva che negativa) anche quando non è stato effettuato alcun pagamento!
    Questo porta il conto del cliente automaticamente a zero, ovvero pronto per effettuare il checkout. Il rischio di fraintendimento è elevatissimo!!!!

    The system creates Deposit items (both positive and negative) even when no payment has been made!
    This brings the customer's account to zero automatically.... The risk of misunderstanding is very high !!!!

  18. When adding a service product to a booking, if you enter 10 or under as the amount, it will split it in to 10 separate lines which can be moved to different bills if necessary. If you post over 10, it will combine in to 1 lump sum which is less clear and gives VAT rounding differences. Can the limit of 10 be increased to 31 so a whole month of a charge could be created and split in to different lines?

  19. Het van uit Mews, als reserveringssysteem, met eigenaren van vakantiewoningen afrekenen/ factureren van de huuropbrengsten. Waarbij een door een verhuurorganisatie voor eigenaren beheerde woningen over een periode (maand of kwartaal) de daarin gemaakte reserveringsomzet/ huurgelden wordt gefactureerd aan de eigenaar minus de eigenaar specifieke verhuur provisie% over de huurgelden.
    Waarmee de opvolging van een reservering volledig binnen Mews gebeurd, van de boeking van uit de gast t/m de afrekening aan de woning eigenaar van deze reservering na de afreken periode op basis van vertrekdatum.
