1. Lock Top & Left headers, provide easier right/left scrolling

   I selected rate management, but this occurs in so many places, reports, availability, reservations rate screen, etc.

   Please lock the top and left headers on any screen that has up/down right/left scrolling available.
   Position the scroll bar directly under the locked top header for easier navigation and indication there is more information off screen.

   The scroll bar is at the bottom of the page, and nothing is locked at the top or right of the page, so when you have to scroll right you completely lose all headers. It becomes very tedious to have to guess where to land, then scroll back up to see if you're on the date you need, and hope that you remember the order of the row to look at, now several columns off screen.

   Another example is on the reservations rate availability screen, there is no indication that more rates are available to the right (off screen) unless you were to scroll all the way to the bottom of space availability just to see.

2. Set a default time per product. (Products report trough Guests in House)

   It would be interesting to add the possibility of defining a default time for products. Currently when a product is added, the time is 00:00. A breakfast is taken by default at 7am for example.
