  2. At the moment there are only set intervals for scheduled reports. Ability to set your own date parameters will eliminate the need to manually run reports on daily basis.

  3. Add a multiple select option for Space Categories inside rate set-up.

    I don't necessarily want all space categories sold on every rate that is set-up. It would be ideal if I could select the applicable space category inside the rate rather than having to "always" apply multiple restriction across many rates and room types, this has potential of creating hundreds of restrictions (10 rates/10 spaces).

  6. think you need to work on that feature a bit so reception aware when a HOUSE USE room checks in, make sure there is a check in and check out solution – otherwise, how do we know if the members of staff is in the room or not???

    And also room changes should be allowed instead of having to delete a space block and create a new one.

    A House room use is a reservation like any other, the only difference is that it does not count into the inventory and revenue.

Currently in the system, however, it is not possible to add employees to multiple departments, which restricts their ability to be directly involved in some assignments or orders. With the option to add employees to multiple departments, this could eliminate some of this separation and allow your property to involve all the right people in all the right processes."

    IF YOU CLOSE OUT BUCET 1 - ALL THE BUCETS CLOSE. BUT IF YOU CLOSE UT I.E BUCET "C", A AND B WILL STILL SELL - THAT WAY YOU CAN GIVE KAM ACCOUNTS LONGER AVAILABILITY THEN I.E BOOKING.COM
    ALSO A FUNCTION TO OPEN CLOSE OUT SPESIFIC ROOM CATEGORIES IN A SIGLE CLICK.

  12. The possibly of closed-to-stay restrictions being able to take 3 separate rules into consideration. For example:

    • If one were to book 60+ days ahead of arrival they would be required to book a minimum of 14 days.
    • If one were to book 35-59 days ahead of arrival they would be required to book a minimum of 4 days.
    • If one were to book 0-35 days ahead of arrival they would be required to book a minimum of 3 days.

    For the time being the restriction only takes one rule into consideration and ignores the other 2. This is useful for…

  15. At the moment there is a limit of a maximum of 20 rates assignable to a voucher. We would like to increase that number as we have travel agencies such as SynXis requiring more than 20 rates.

When we create a new rate in the Channel Manager, it would be best practice if we could only send that rate to the channel manager and not all the rates that we have in the channel manager as how is today. Of cause, we need to have a "full property push" available, but the option to push just the newly created rate would be the best in a day-to-day basis. Then the data that we send out is going to be much less.

  17. Currently you can adjust a price for an entire space category for an unlimitied period of time. Could be great to have the possibility to have different prices adjustements according to certain period of time.
    Example: the Superior room is +20% from the classic from 1st january to 28th february and + 50% from 01st march to 31 may.

When amending a rate which has packages attached, currently I need to work out (with a calculator) what the rate is without the packages and enter the RO rate for MEWS to add them back on when creating a reservation. Example: Rate is £500 inc bottle of champagne at £50,breakfast at £15 pp, airport transfer at £30... when changing the rate to let us say £400 I need to deduct £400 - 50 - 15pp - 30 and enter the RO rate of £2990 (double occ). I would suggest to enter the package rate and MEWS to deduct the allocations…

  20. Our flexi rate is +20% of our base rate. So when guest adds an extra bed for 1000 they get charged 1200 for the extra bed with a fexible rate.
    We dont want this we only want to charge 1000.
    So we cant use this feature and have to use extra bed as a product which in itself leads to other issues.
