Remove experation ID field in South Africa
"Seems to be happening more often where our guests are asked an expiry for the SA ID. I dont see the point off asking the guest when there ID expires? Whats the point?"

Booker to preview reservations in Guest Portal
It is strange that "Bookers" are not able to perform 'Confirm' or 'Cancel' actions on an Optional booking as a Booker has generally been tasked with the full flow of creating / updating reservations

Display voucher rate only
When using voucher code, only display voucher rate attached to it.
The use case: sometimes the rate attached to the voucher code can be actually more expensive than the standard rate (corporate rate) and customer should not see the cheaper ones.106 votes -

We are currently working on expanding segmentation reporting in Mews.
Soon you will be able to “group by” booking source which will show you the original source a reservation was created in before it is passed to the the channel manager, and finally Mews.

This idea is on our radar, but have to go back to the backlog as we are prioritising improvement toward the corporate segment (company profile).
